Sandeep has lead Ignify since May 2000 when the US operations of the company began from when it was four employees to nearly three hundred employees today. Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C). Sandeep previously worked in the ERP and Telecom and Media practices at Deloitte Consulting in Hong Kong. Prior to that Sandeep worked on developing cost management systems with Philip Morris in Switzerland. While at business school, Sandeep completed his internship with KPMG. Sandeep is President-Elect of the Southern California Chapter of TiE - The Indus Entrepreneurs - one of the largest entrepreneurship organizations in the world. Sandeep is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Sandeep is on the board of the Southern California Chapter of Pratham - a UNICEF program that provides primary education to over a million children. Eric is both a practice and company builder and brings over 20 years of ERP experience to Ignify. Prior to Ignify, Eric has held various executive, operational and business development positions at Envista Enterprise Solutions, Hitachi Consulting, Iteration 2, Occam Networks, Solutionbank, and Strategic System Group. Eric has extensive industry experience in retail, distribution and manufacturing that allows for innovative solutions to industry-specific problems using business process improvement and technology. Eric Shuss began as an entrepreneur at an early age, selling computer hardware and software at age 14 and started his first company when he was 16. He has owned and managed several successful start-up technology companies and enjoys the challenge of high-growth opportunities. Eric has hosted a weekly talk radio program in Los Angeles focussed on his two passions - business and technology. Eric lives in Southern California with is wife and children.

Pankaj started Ignify's India operations in January 2000 out of his apartment. Pankaj is the architect of the Ignify's flagship eCommerce software product that is now deployed at over 200 websites. Pankaj’s interest areas are Internet and Web-based applications, Cloud Computing, Internet security and ERP Integrations. Pankaj holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L). Pankaj has previously worked with Infosys in their eBusiness Practice and with Honeywell systems. Pankaj lives in Pune with his wife and daughter. Pankaj is a voracious reader and contributes regularly to his blog.

Based in Los Angeles, Bhavesh has been focused on providing the highest quality of service for ERP, CRM, and eCommerce solutions to customers at Ignify since 2006. Over the last two decades he has developed a proven track record in designing complex solution selling processes, building high performance teams, and delivering both top line and bottom line results in large enterprise as well as smaller company settings. He has a strong background in the telecom, high tech, manufacturing, and distribution industries. His educational background includes electronics and communication engineering, as well as management studies in marketing and finance. Bhavesh has consistently helped customers achieve competitive advantage by leveraging effective superior technology solutions that are based on their unique business processes and needs.

Craig has been with Ignify nearly 8 years. Craig began his career at Ignify in an accounting capacity but moved to a consulting role to help Ignify grow. As a senior manager in the Ignify Dynamics practice, he has specialized in both AX and GP implementations. Having previously worked for Toys R Us, Craig has brought over 19 years in retail management experience to Ignify. Craig holds a Bachelors degree from UC Berkeley and graduate studies at CSU Long Beach. Craig lives in Los Angeles with his family.

Based in Nashville, TN, Ranjit has been with Ignify for almost 10 years, started with Ignify India office since the inception of Ignify eCommerce product. Ranjit has nearly 12 years of experience in E-Commerce, Integration projects and ERP implementations. He previously worked at Auric Software in eCommerce and web applications. Ranjit holds a Bachelor in Engineering Degree in Computer Science from PICT, Pune University. Ranjit enjoys playing Tennis and loves travel.
