Support Services of America is a leading provider of janitorial, environmental, and maintenance services to the Retail, Commercial, and Government sectors. Quick Books, their current accounting software, could no longer support the database performance or robust features they needed to match their fast paced growth. Publicly Traded On Line Auctioneer Expedites SOX Compliance and Gains Financial Controls |

Bidz.com is a publicly held online auctioneer specializing in jewelry, fine art, and collectibles. Bidz.com offers live auctions on its website 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a highly entertaining online interactive auction format. In order to meet Sarbanese-Oxley (SOX) section 404 compliance deadline, required by the SEC, Bidz.com needed to migrate from Quick Books to a more robust, feature rich ERP solution. Bidz.com identified Microsoft Dynamics GP as the ERP system and selected Ignify, Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, to expedite SOX compliance and gain more financial control.
Previously, Bidz.com had no visibility of changes being made during the accounting transaction process. Ignify implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP Financials to give access to audit trails, business alerts, smart lists, have role based security, and other drill down capabilities. In less than six months, Ignify deployed the infrastructure and systems required to achieve SOX compliance and positioned Bidz.com for future scalability and growth. |

3M Medical Sales Division provides wound care management products and services to medical professionals through a global sales force. 3M was using a telemarketing team to take phone orders from over 800 sales people which was inefficient, prolonged the order management cycle, and provided no visibility to salespeople on order status. Minnesota Diversified Industries, 3M’s fulfilment and packaging partner, sought a more cost-effective and automated method for 3M salespeople to place orders, and incorporate intelligent reporting for its management.
To automate order entry and lower costs, Minnesota Diversified Industries implemented Ignify eCommerce, with its bidirectional integration adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP. The implementation was completed in less than 4 months and has provided 3M medical salespeople with a Business to Business, easy to use, online ordering portal.
