Quick Books, their current accounting software, could no longer support the database performance or robust features they needed to match their fast paced growth. Support Services of America sought an enterprise solution that would give them financial and operational controls, had unified reporting, and was scalable.

Bidz.com is a publicly held online auctioneer specializing in jewelry, fine art, and collectibles. Bidz.com offers live auctions on its website 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a highly entertaining online interactive auction format. In order to meet Sarbanese-Oxley (SOX) section 404 compliance deadline, required by the SEC, Bidz.com needed to migrate from Quick Books to a more robust, feature rich ERP solution. 3M Medical Sales Division: Ignify eCommerce Integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP
3M Medical Sales Division provides wound care management products and services to medical professionals through a global sales force. 3M was using a telemarketing team to take phone orders from over 800 sales people which was inefficient, prolonged the order management cycle, and provided no visibility to salespeople on order status. Minnesota Diversified Industries, 3M’s fulfilment and packaging partner, sought a more cost-effective and automated method for 3M salespeople to place orders, and incorporate intelligent reporting for its management.
