Returns Management for your ecommerce Web Store
Ignify eCommerce provides powerful functionality for tracking and managing returns.
This includes
Web Returns: Customers can create new return requests and view status of prior return requests. While creating new return requests, customers can select a return reason code that can determine the lifecycle and treatment of the return order. Customers can get a full refund, partial refund or no refund at all. Customers can return the entire order, entire order line or just a partial quantity on the order line.

Automated RMA Generation: Ignify eCommerce generates the RMA number that can be printed from the web store with instructions for returns processing for the customer. Ability to generate shipping label for a customer that can be used for sending the return package.

Returns Tracking: Both Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Customers can view status of their return orders submitted with different status such as Being Processed, Item Received, Return Completed providing full online tracking of the return to both customers and customer service representatives.

Customers can view status of return requests from the My Account interface.
Returns Policy Management: Set up return reason codes with policies on the various return reasons e.g. accept returns up to 30 days if customer changes their mind but allow 60 days if the goods are damage. Specific who pay for return shipping charges e.g. customer pays if they change their mind but merchant pays if the goods are damaged or the wrong item is shipped. Ability to track returns period expiration and automatically deny return requests if they are beyond the specified period.

Integration of Returns with ERP: Ability to integrate with the ERP’s return management module to create return orders to receive any items being returned. Also integrated refunds as credit memos into the ERP.
