In 2009, Goodwill provided workforce development services to over 20 million people and directly helped 155,000 people in finding a job.

LA’s Best is an After-school enrichment program that was created in 1988 by Mayor Tom Bradley to address the alarming rise in the lack of adequate adult supervision of children during the critical hours between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. LA’s Best serve 28,000 kids at 180 elementary school sites in Los Angeles in neighborhoods most vulnerable to gangs, drugs, crime and at schools with the lowest student test scores.

Pratham is the largest non-governmental organization working to provide quality education to the underprivileged children of India. Pratham was established in 1994 and today reaches out to millions of children living both in rural and urban areas through a range of interventions.

Parivaar is a humanitarian service organization based near Calcutta West Bengal in India focused on the total care and overall development of children. Parivaar focuses on children that are orphans, girl children that are highly vulnerable to exploitation, victimization, and trafficking, street children, abandoned children, and extremely impoverished children from tribal areas. Parivaar has about 430 resident children in 2011.

Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to Animals through Education, Law Enforcement, Intervention and Advocacy.

World Vision International: Humanitarian aid organization that does community development, disaster relief and advocacy. World Vision provides immediate needs like food, water and shelter when disaster strikes and to help communities to recover and prevent future catastrophes.
