Ignify implemented SharePoint Server and InfoPath for a leading financial services company to automate workflow around application software change control and to put in a place an automated workflow. The client is a leading financial services company and the IT department was getting inundated with ad-hoc application change requests with no central change control process. Multiple IT projects team existed but did not collaborate and it was often a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. The end-result was that users were frustrated due to long response times and there was a lack of visibility of the state of the IT applications within the organization to the senior management.
Solution: Ignify created an IT management dashboard with integrated workflow and business intelligence. IT Staff members would login to a SharePoint Portal based Dashboard that provides a

Assigned Tasks in order of priority, and due date
In addition Ignify integrated Project Server with the IT Dashboard providing the the IT Management team the ability to get an overview view of the tasks and be able to do true project management
Success:
Reporting was now available at several levels in the IT group as shown below Individuals: Assigned Tasks and activities Managers: Overview of assigned projects and Operational Dashboard Sr. Management: Management Scorecard with drill down ability
Most importantly the response time to users dropped by over 70% and improved user satisfaction greatly.
